Rainline Event Operations Book
Demonstration content — fictional facts for retrieval testing. Rainline events and codes are invented.
Opening the venue
The event lead arrives 75 minutes before doors, confirms the accessible route, and signs the room release. The orange envelope at check-in contains the departure card, staff contact ladder, and sealed spare key. It does not contain Blue Lantern return paperwork. The envelope transfers to the closing lead at shift change.
Credentials
Atlas Club members may arrive with a blue folder bearing a compass seal. Rainline staff inspect the event badge, not the folder contents. A lost credential report must include the Rainline event code and the credential owner’s program identifier, never a government identity number. For Atlas, that program identifier is the seven-digit Atlas number.
Deliveries
Orchard Field shipments use the venue code on address line two. Deliveries should finish before the neighborhood quiet window. Accessibility equipment marked with the Copper Finch triangle goes directly to the access lead and should not wait in general storage.
Program changes
A room change is announced at the original door, check-in desk, and accessible entrance. Cancellation requires confirmation by both the event lead and venue steward. If a speaker is late, the lead may swap two sessions but cannot shorten the published break below 14 minutes. Updated schedules retain the original version for comparison.
Closing and escalation
Count badges, return the venue key, and record unresolved items in the blue closing folder. The blue closing folder is an operations record, not an Atlas credential. Compass Support receives unresolved access, delivery, or credential issues with the event code, time, and affected program. Immediate safety incidents go to local emergency services first.
